The Skills

Each skill is a complete facilitation playbook for executives: Claude interviews you, explains the reasoning behind every step, and produces board-ready deliverables you keep. They stand alone, but they also build on each other: the analysis skills feed the Master Playbook, which consolidates everything into one document.

Skill 01

AIDE Opportunities Audit

Build a complete, prioritized matrix of your AI and agentic AI opportunities.

The skill starts by asking whether you are focused on AI generally, generative AI, or AI agents, then interviews you about your company, your regulatory risk, and your board's actual (not self-reported) AI literacy. From there it runs the full opportunity funnel from No One Works Here.

  • Company interview: profile, risk posture, AIDE Matrix quadrant, innovation readiness, and the cost of inertia.
  • Opportunity funnel: your brainstorm, plus AI-enriched additions, plus opportunities newly viable at agent prices.
  • Prioritization: every opportunity scored on Risk, Business Impact, Feasibility, and Human vs. AI. Top of the list moves forward; the rest goes to the icebox, never deleted.
  • Deep Economic Assessment: 13 criteria across functional fit, ethics, economics, and organizational impact.

You provide

  • Your focus: AI, generative AI, or agentic AI
  • Company basics and risk answers (pre-filled from web research where found)
  • Evidence of board and team AI literacy
  • Your opportunity brainstorm and four-metric scores
  • Deep economic assessment ratings

You receive

  • Company Profile (interactive HTML, downloads as PDF)
  • Opportunity Matrix: sortable, filterable, with the roadmap and the icebox

Skill 02

AIDE Strategic Framework

Work the three-pillar framework into a board-ready strategic outlook.

Upload documents like a 10-K or investor deck, or point the skill at your website, and it assembles a company profile for your approval. Then it interviews you on where the transformation actually stands and works you through the three-pillar framework for developing an AI-driven enterprise in any sector.

  • Pillar 1, Application Domains: where the AI lives, from back-office to the product itself. Ranked by opportunity vs. today's attention.
  • Pillar 2, AI Capabilities: what the AI mechanically does. Automation, augmentation, predictive analytics, generative.
  • Pillar 3, Implementation Strategy: how it gets built, from off-the-shelf SaaS to ground-up custom models.
  • Readiness key map: score Literacy, Data, Cyber, Compliance, Change Management, and Strategy 0-10, visualized in strict priority order with the binding constraint flagged.

You provide

  • Documents: 10-K, annual report, investor decks
  • Your website URL for research
  • Answers on where the transformation stands today
  • Pillar rankings, choices, and open answers
  • 0-10 readiness scores across six categories

You receive

  • Company Profile (interactive HTML, downloads as PDF)
  • Agentic AI Strategic Outlook: readiness key map, capability map, implementation spectrum, strategy matrix

Skill 03

State of the Art Org Chart

Map your organization as human nodes and AI agent nodes, then model the shift.

The skill studies your company, pulls public financials and a 20-year history where it can, and builds your current org chart in a drag-and-drop canvas. Then it deploys agents into the chart and projects the shift from Human Time to System Time.

  • Four interactive org charts: today's human structure, a single agent with every reporting, budget, funding, and launch-approval line, an enriched multi-agent org, and a ground-up AI-native rebuild.
  • A 20-year projection of the human-vs-agent node mix, curved and grounded in your velocity, data, and regulatory constraints.
  • Node economics: Human Time (1,880 hrs) vs. System Time (8,736 hrs), per-role salary and agent-cost math, and bear, base, and bull scenarios for capacity.
  • The eight-layer latency stack, scored today vs. with agents, with the binding layers flagged.

You provide

  • Headcount, employee categories, contractor counts
  • Website plus public financials (pre-filled where found)
  • Your current org structure and reporting lines
  • RACI, budget, token-funding, and approval answers for agent deployment
  • Salary estimates by role and location

You receive

  • Company Overview with a 20-year history chart
  • Interactive org chart: four views, drag and drop
  • Transformation Outlook: node-mix projection, node economics, latency stack

Skill 04 · The capstone

Agentic AI Master Playbook

The capstone: consolidate everything into one playbook and a one-page board narrative.

This skill pulls together everything you produced in the other skills, adds a reflection on your own learning journey, and builds one personalized playbook for you and your organization. Run it after the others for the fullest result; it will interview you to fill any gaps if you have not.

  • A reflection interview: what you learned, what surprised you, what you wish you had known sooner, and what you still want to practice, captured in your own words.
  • A one-page board-ready narrative: the headline, the ask, the return on the base case, and the guardrails, on a single printable page.
  • A phased deployment roadmap (Foundation, Prove, Scale, Embed) with owners, readiness gates, and kill/continue criteria.
  • Change management, workforce impact, a value-measurement scorecard, a future org chart, and your personal development track.

You provide

  • Deliverables from the other skills (or gap-fill answers)
  • Your reflection: learned, surprised, wish known sooner, still to learn
  • Board framing: the decision, the objection, the one number that moves them

You receive

  • One-page Board Narrative (fits a single printed page)
  • Ten-section Agentic AI Strategic Playbook with the phased roadmap

Skill 05

Corporate Entrepreneurship Audit

Audit any existing organization's capacity to innovate, and pick a relevant vehicle.

For any existing organization: for-profit, non-profit, government, academic, or religious. The world will never be slower than it is today, and an organization must keep making money now while ensuring it can make money in the future. This audit diagnoses the need, works the four challenges, scores the five problem areas, and selects the implementation vehicle that fits.

  • Warning signs: traditional (revenue growth, margin, cash flow) and non-traditional (eNPS, attrition, share of revenue from new products), each flashing, watch, or healthy.
  • The four challenges: corporate attributes judged asset or hindrance, the specific goal, the five system frictions (inertia, freedom, structure, people, urgency), and the dual operating system with its firewall.
  • The five problem areas scored with the binding area flagged: Plan, Infrastructure, Processes, Agents, Culture. Plus existing-business challenges, opportunities, and triggers.
  • Initiatives classified on the four taxonomies (driver, time, market effect, internal/external), the vehicle spectrum from R&D to M&A, and the organizational buy-in plan.

You provide

  • Organization name, website, and type (pre-filled from web research where found)
  • Internal signals research cannot see: morale, attrition, culture
  • Asset-or-hindrance verdicts and the specific goal
  • Scores for the five system frictions and five problem areas
  • Your innovation initiatives, existing or intended

You receive

  • Corporate Entrepreneurship Audit report: warning signs, the four challenges, problem-area scores, dual-OS and firewall design, taxonomy portfolio, vehicle recommendation, and buy-in plan

03

Built to Teach

These skills are built for executives running real transformations. The design principle: Claude interviews you for what only you know, generates where it has leverage, and explains the reasoning behind everything it produces. You leave able to run the process at your company without it.

Evidence over surveys

Boards overreport AI literacy. The skills ask for observable evidence: who used a tool this week, who advocates publicly, what is actually deployed.

Economics decide

Priorities are set by scored metrics and confirmed by economic assessment, not by whichever demo was most impressive.

Beyond the sandbox

Every high-priority opportunity must make it past the pilot. The output is a roadmap with owners, not a brainstorm that dies in a slide deck.
